–Chuck Hendrickson

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Hendrickson has led the development of CAPITAL Preferred Credit since it started in 2006. Mr. Hendrickson joined CAPITAL Card Services, Inc. in 2000 as CFO and started the Finance and then the Portfolio Analytics groups. These groups collectively perform deterministic, actuarial and probability modeling and also championed ViPR, CAPITAL’s proprietary financial measurement system for credit cards. Mr. Hendrickson has over 25 years of financial and banking experience. He started his career in public accounting with McGladrey Hendrickson, and then as a Financial Analyst with Citibank. Mr. Hendrickson transitioned into community banking with US Bank, and then Controller and CFO roles with the Farrar Banking group.

-Eric (Rick) Lynam

President

Rick Lynam joined CAPITAL Preferred Credit LLC. in April of 2008 to assist the company in enhancing its current relationships and developing new alliances for CPC. Mr. Lynam has over 30 years in the credit card industry focusing on building prime credit card assets. Mr. Lynam started his credit card career in 1972 working for the National Bank of Jackson. He has been the President of Comerica Midwest in Toledo Ohio, President of Valley BankCard in Madison Wisconsin, Vice President/Director of Credit for Norwest Card Services in Des Moines Iowa, Vice President of Loan Operations for Old Kent Bank in Grand Rapids Michigan, and Senior Vice President of the Credit Card division for Pulaski Bank in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Senior Vice President

Ms. Wegner joined CAPITAL Card Services, Inc. in April 1999 and serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer. She oversees the company's information services group including application development, network/data center services, telecommunications and management of all platform processing systems.

Ms. Wegner's 29 years of experience in the credit card industry includes 15 years with Citibank.
Her in-depth overall credit card knowledge includes experience in operations, payment processing, collections, marketing, new accounts, systems, project management, and product development. This overall knowledge enables Ms. Wegner to help financial institutions operate efficiently, limit costs, and increase revenues, which result in significant improvements to the bottom line.
