–Jeff Aegerter
Chairman of the Board
As founding partner, Mr. Aegerter has served as President and Chief Executive Officer for CAPITAL Card Services, Inc. upon its incorporation in December 1998. He has executive management responsibility for the overall corporate strategy and operation of the business.
Mr. Aegerter has over 24 years of successful bank card management experience and has become a national expert in the credit card industry. He spent ten years with Citicorp/CitiGroup where he focused on the international card market by assisting overseas subsidiaries develop centralized bank card-processing centers. He has also advised regional card business managers in the development of card products in foreign countries.
He serves on the board of directors for CAPITAL Card Services, Inc. and chairs the company's Executive Committee. In addition, Mr. Aegerter has held several card-related speaking engagements at well-known conferences.
–Chuck Hendrickson
President
Mr. Hendrickson has led the development of Capital Preferred Credit since it started in 2006. Mr. Hendrickson joined CAPITAL Card Services, Inc. in 2000 as CFO and started the Finance and then the Portfolio Analytics groups. These groups collectively perform deterministic, actuarial and probability modeling and also championed ViPR, Capital’s proprietary financial measurement system for credit cards. Mr. Hendrickson has over 25 years of financial and banking experience. He started his career in public accounting with McGladrey Hendrickson, and then as a Financial Analyst with Citibank. Mr. Hendrickson transitioned into community banking with US Bank, and then Controller and CFO roles with the Farrar Banking group.
-Rick Lynam
Senior Vice President
Rick Lynam joined Capital Preferred Credit LLC. in April of 2008 to assist the company in enhancing its current relationships and developing new alliances for CPC. Mr. Lynam has over 26 years in the credit card industry focusing on building prime credit card assets. Mr. Lynam started his credit card career in 1972 working for the National Bank of Jackson. He has been the President of Comerica Midwest in Toledo Ohio, President of Valley BankCard in Madison Wisconsin, Vice President/Director of Credit for Norwest Card Services in Des Moines Iowa, Vice President of Loan Operations for Old Kent Bank in Grand Rapids Michigan, and Senior Vice President of the Credit Card division for Pulaski Bank in Little Rock, Arkansas.
